Once a product is returned under our 15-day money-back guarantee (*not applicable on Solitaires above INR 3 lakh, Coins, and Customized Orders), a full refund will be credited to your AuraGrown account based on the following:

  • Diamond Cash: The amount can be refunded to your original payment source or bank account, as applicable.
  • Diamond Credits: These can be redeemed against future purchases but are non-refundable.
  • Voucher/Gift Card: Refunds will be issued in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective voucher or gift card (e.g., one-time use or discount vouchers may not qualify for refunds).

We offer complimentary return shipping across India for all products returned within the 15-day money-back period.

How to Return a Product

  1. Select Item: Choose the item you wish to return from your order history.
  2. Pack Securely: Ensure the jewellery is packed in its original packaging, along with the authenticity certificate.
  3. Handover Process:
  • Value below INR 60,000: Hand directly to the authorized pickup agent.
  • Value at or above INR 60,000 (AuraGrown Representative): Hand it over directly to our representative.
  • Value at or above INR 60,000 (Third-party Logistics): You will receive a tamper-proof packet. Place the jewellery inside, seal it securely, and hand it to the agent.
  1. Acknowledgment: Always collect a pickup receipt, a photo of the tracking number, or an SMS confirmation.

Processing Time: Once the product passes quality inspection at our facility, your refund will be processed within 2–3 working days.

Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy

Applicable on all purchases made within India after the 15-day return period expires. You may initiate this service at any AuraGrown boutique or online. Values are calculated based on the prevailing market rate.

  • Processing Fee: A nominal fee of INR 400 applies for online transactions.
  • Missing Certificates: Standard certificate charges apply. For larger stones, deductions may vary.
  • Discounts: If a discount or gift was received, the equivalent value will be deducted unless the gift is returned.
