We want your jewellery to be cherished for years to come, and a perfect fit is essential for a lifetime of wear.

Free Resizing (Within 15 Days of Delivery)

  1. One Complimentary Resize: We offer one free resizing within 7 days of delivery, including insured return shipping.
  2. Exclusions: This offer does not apply to custom-made or personalised orders.
  3. Metal Adjustments: Any metal weight difference exceeding ₹1,000 will be charged to the customer or refunded accordingly.

Paid Resizing (After 15 Days or Subsequent Requests)

Paid resizing applies under the following conditions:

  1. The 7-day complimentary period has expired.
  2. The item is a custom-made or personalised order.
  3. A complimentary resizing has already been performed on the product.

Resizing Charges

Service Type Charges
Ring: Up to 2 sizes ₹2,500 + metal weight difference adjustment. (Example: Resizing a size 10 to any size between 8 and 12)
Ring: More than 2 sizes Full Making Charges (current market rate) + metal weight difference + one-way insured shipping. (Example: Resizing a size 10 to 7.5 or lower, or 12.5 or higher)
Bangle Resizing Full Making Charges (current market rate) + metal weight difference + one-way insured shipping.

Please Note:

  • Structural Limitations: Certain designs cannot be resized due to their structural integrity. In such cases, a full remake may be required, and making charges will apply.
  • Third-Party Alterations: We do not accept items that have been resized or repaired by third-party jewellers.
  • Return Policy: Once a resizing request is initiated, the 15-day return policy is no longer applicable.
  • Future Coverage: After resizing, your jewellery remains covered under our Lifetime Exchange & Buybackpolicy.
